How to apply for a tala loan


I have heard of fast approval loan apps but I really have not considered using or trying one until my brother-in-law introduced Tala to us.

I never thought there would be an app that would allow borrowers to get instant loans just with a mobile phone, a valid ID, and an internet connection. Tala Loan Application: Step-by-step Guide


Just in case you need money for emergency purposes or for anything important, here's how you can apply for a tala loan.

Step 1: Download the app


Download the Tala app from the Google Play Store and Install. Once the app is installed, sign up for an account and enter your personal information. Just follow the steps as you enter your information including your phone number and employment information. You can get the app here!

Step 2: Take a selfie with your government ID


After entering your personal information, take a selfie holding your government ID and upload it onto the app. Also, upload a picture of your government ID showing the front and back portion.

Step 3: Apply for a loan


After entering your basic information and your government ID, you can then apply for a loan. To apply for a loan, simply click the "Apply for a loan" button on the upper portion of the app. You will be asked to permit Tala to manage your calls, SMS, contacts, and location. Just hit the "CONTINUE" button as this is their way to determine if they can offer you a loan. You will then be provided with the approved amount for the loan. You can either borrow the approved amount or borrow lower than what's approved.

Step 4: Choose when to repay


Tala provides 2 options when you can repay. You can repay within 21 days with an 11% interest rate or you can repay within 30 days with a 15% interest rate. After choosing the number of days to repay your loan, click the CONTINUE button.

Remember to repay your loan on time as you will be charged an additional 8% fee if you do not repay by the due date.

Step 5: Review your loan information


Before you accept or claim your loan, take the time to review the information first. Check if you have chosen the right amount and the loan term. If all information is correct, check the box to agree to the loan Terms and Conditions.

Step 6: Claim your loan


Choose from different payment partners to claim your loan. You can claim your loan through Cebuana Lhuillier, Bank Transfer, Coins.ph, Palawan Express Pera Padala, and M Lhuillier Kwarta Padala.

Step 7: Confirm your details


Confirm your details which will be used on claiming your loan. Check if your name and phone number are correct. Also, enter the address shown on your valid ID, then, hit the CLAIM MY LOAN button to finalize your loan application. You will then receive a message containing the claiming details.

Step 8: Go to your chosen payment partner


Go to your chosen payment medium to pick up your loan and provide your information to the teller together with the tracking number and your valid ID. If you have chosen to claim your money through a bank, then, you won't have to go through this process.

To repay for your loaned amount, you just have to log in to the Tala app and click the MAKE A PAYMENT button. You will then receive a message with instructions on how to repay your loan. If you want to know HOW TO REPAY beforehand, then, just click that button as well.

If you want to qualify for a bigger loanable amount the next time you apply, then, pay your loan on time and keep the app installed on your phone and grow your loan limits up to PHP10,000.

Though there are a lot of ways to earn from your blog or website and though there can be an alternative to Google Adsense, we all know that Google Adsense is still the best option when it comes to blog monetization.


Fortunately, after months of trying, I finally got Adsense approval last month and now running ads on my blog. I still can’t believe I finally made it. I still can’t believe my application was accepted.


When I saw that “Your account is activated” message on my Google Adsense account, I really did break into tears. Nothing can contain my happiness at that moment. It’s a big prize for someone who burnt countless of midnight oil. Finally, my efforts will be paid off.


You, too, can get Google Adsense approval given that you would follow the tips below.


1. Publish at least 30 Blog posts



When I applied to Google Adsense, I only have 30 blog posts. Thus, I suggest you also publish at least 30 posts on your blog before applying. I don’t really know the exact numbers of posts required by Google Adsense, but most bloggers also suggest to at least having 30 posts on your blog.


2. Write post with 500-600 words



One way to show to Google Adsense that you’re serious with your content is by writing at least 500-600 words per post or article.


Some bloggers suggest at least have 700-100 words, but with mine, I mostly have 500-600 words on my articles.


3. Add contact us, privacy policy and about us pages



These pages seem unnecessary to be on your blog but they are actually important to get Adsense approval. More than that, your transparency will build your site’s credibility and eventually gain your reader’s trust.


4. Customize your Blog’s design



Apart from the blog name, your blog design is an important factor that will keep your readers coming back to your blog. Your blog design is what they will actually first notice. Make sure to have a user-friendly, easy-to-navigate, and welcoming blog design to encourage them to engage more with your content and page.


5. List your Blog to Google and other search engines



Increase your blog or website’s presence by listing it to Google and other search engines like Bing, Yandex, and AOL. If you’re using the Blogger platform, you could immediately list your blog to Google by going to the basic settings.


6. Get a custom domain name



I do see some monetized blogs or websites still using the Blogspot subdomain, but if you want your blog to look professional, then, getting your own domain name would be a great choice. It would also help you get your blog immediately approved by Adsense.


7. Get a professional email address



Increase your chances to get Google Adsense approval by getting a custom email address. Though the email address with @gmail.com extension looks okay, if you want faster approval, then, do get a unique one.


8. Don’t create multiple Google AdSense account



You could have numerous Google account, but you can’t have 2 or more Google Adsense account. You need to close other accounts, else, your Adsense application won’t be approved.


9. Submit a sitemap



Most bloggers do not mention about sitemap but I happen to encounter this one as I design my blog. A sitemap is where you give data about your pages, recordings, and different documents on your site, and the connections between them. After clicking the “Order Now” button, you will be routed to a page where you have to choose for the type of certificate to request. Now, choose the button or image for Birth Certificate. Click it.


Step 4: Determine the Purpose of Getting the Certificate


Before you finally hit the certificate application form, you will be first asked about the purpose of getting the certificate. What do you need the Birth Certificate for? Do you need it for Passport/Travel, Employment Abroad, Local Employment, School Requirements, Claims/Benefits/Loans, US Embassy Reverification, Australian Embassy, Consulate General of Spain, Negative Intact, or other purposes? Choose the appropriate option by clicking on it.

Keep in mind that you need to indicate the destination country by typing in the box if you need the certificate for passport/travel and for employment abroad.

If you need the certificate for negative intact or for other purposes not presented in the options, then you have to specify the reason on the textbox provided and hit the submit button to be able to proceed to the next step.


Step 5: Fill up the Birth Certificate Online Application Form


Once you’ve indicated the reason for getting the certificate, you will then be able to fill up the application form.

Enter the needed information from the Birth Certificate owner’s name to birth details to parents’ names.

Always use the maiden name for married women, may it be the owner of the certificate or the mother. Hit the “Continue” button at the bottom.


Step Six: Confirm if Legal Proceedings Were Done


Was there a legal proceeding done to your Birth Certificate like correction of entry, court hearings, legitimation, supplemental, or adoption? If there was none, then, click the “None” button. If there was, then, select the button that best describes the proceeding done.


Step 7: Indicate the Requesting Party


Are you the owner of the requested certificate? Then, type your name on the first three boxes and indicate that you are the owner by choosing from the options in the dropdown box. Otherwise, select from the other options available and click the “Submit button” below it.

Bear in mind that the requesting party must be of legal age and that the name entered must match the valid ID to be presented during the delivery of the document.


Step 8: Finalize the Order or Request


Finalize your order of the certificate by adding your contact information, delivery address and representative information.

Provide valid contact information as it will be used to contact you should any concerns arise regarding your application. Also, provide an accurate delivery address as undelivered and returned certificates due to the wrong delivery address and absence of the requester are considered a complete service by the PSA.

You may authorize two (2) representatives who can receive the document in case you are not available during delivery.

The representatives should have a copy of the Letter of Authorization (LOA) when receiving the document. You can opt to print the LOA after order confirmation.

Don’t forget to tick the box that says “I certify that all information provided is true and correct.” You can read the Terms and Conditions just so you know the PSA’s guidelines when ordering a certificate online.

Lastly, click the “Continue” button.


Step 9: Take Note of the Reference Number and Print the Authorization Letter


Once you’ve finalized your order, you will be routed to the Order Confirmation page where you can see the order summary, delivery summary, delivery reminders, and payment channels.

Take note of your order reference number that is located on the upper-left portion under “Order Summary”. You may take a photo of it with your phone or you may write it with your pen and paper.

The reference number will be used when paying the certificate to PSA payment partners.

As for the Authorization Letter, all you have to do is click the “Print Letter of Authorization (LOA)” blue button, still below the Order Summary to start printing.

If you want to save it first and print later, you may change the printer settings and save the document as a PDF file.


Step 10: Complete the Order by Paying the Certificate


Please understand that the requested certificates must be paid before it will be processed by PSA. For our convenience, various payment facilities are readily available.

You may pay thru online payment channels with your GCash Account, Bancnet ATM and Visa/Mastercard.

You may also pay the certificate over-the-counter thru Bayad Center, 7-Eleven, Metrobank, Security Bank, and Bancnet affiliated banks.

As of this writing, the new fees for issuance request of Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificate is Php365.00 while the fees for issuance of Cenomar are Php465.00, effective on February 1, 2018, in accordance with the TRAIN Law.
